The first of these technologies were CrushPak® and ProFlow®. CrushPak is a unique packaging format that features an accordion–like design and enables consumers to eat viscous contents directly from the pack. ProFlow is a revolutionary ball-valve design that has applications anywhere fluid flow occurs, from medical devices to bottle closures to industrial valves.
The successful commercialization of these technologies led to numerous owners or developers of intellectual property assets to contract EverEdgeIP to commercialize their intellectual property. EverEdgeIP now owns a substantial portfolio of patents, design rights, trademarks and copyrighted material, across a diverse range of technology and product applications, which it license or sells to major manufacturers and corporations around the world. Today EverEdgeIP is a major supplier of intellectual property and a leader amongst a new breed of companies trading in intellectual property rights.
In 2006, having been asked to provide intellectual property management and commercialisation services by several of our international customers, we established our Advisory Services business. Today we provide a comprehensive range of intellectual property related services to corporations, research institutions, individuals and investors. Our objective is to assist organizations and individuals to maximize the value of their intellectual property. |
